Terms & Conditions — 2444bat Platform Rules

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 2444bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2444bat website at https://2444bat.app, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 2444bat platform.

2444bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the 2444bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 2444bat platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a professional player using the platform in a capacity that conflicts with any applicable professional or employment obligation;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of 2444bat or any of its affiliated game providers.

2444bat operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with regard to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account at the time of closure — whether derived from deposits, winnings, or bonus credits — will be forfeited in full. 2444bat may report confirmed instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities.

The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on the 2444bat platform, players must register a personal account. Each individual player may hold only one account at any given time. Registration requires the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on official identity documents;
• Date of birth;
• Valid Bangladesh mobile number (used for OTP-based two-factor authentication);
• Preferred payment method details (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account details);
• A unique password of sufficient strength as defined by the platform's registration requirements.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity carried out under a player's account credentials — whether authorised by the player or not — is the responsibility of the account holder unless the player has notified 2444bat of a breach without undue delay.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

2444bat operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at the platform's reasonable discretion. Players may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current Bangladesh address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number).

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. 2444bat will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified account holder's details.

3.2 Duplicate Accounts

Players found to hold more than one account on the 2444bat platform — whether under the same or different identity details — will have all accounts closed and all balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits) permanently forfeited. 2444bat uses automated and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Players who inadvertently create a second account must contact support immediately at [email protected] to have the duplicate closed without penalty.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on the 2444bat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although the platform reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account in real time upon confirmation of the mobile financial service transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15 to 30 minutes during standard Bangladesh banking hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday).

Players must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method owner is a different person from the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method may only be processed following a completed KYC review and explicit approval from the 2444bat payments team.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1 to 3 business days. 2444bat does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, the player's mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds derived from active bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

2444bat offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification;
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus package. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed with all balances forfeited;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited without replacement;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus balance. Bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit will result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided;
• 2444bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 2444bat sportsbook are subject to the platform's published odds and market rules at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets accepted by the platform are binding once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted unless the platform's specific in-play cancellation rules explicitly permit it;
• 2444bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — for example, where odds were materially mispriced due to a technical fault;
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or decided under conditions materially different from those in place when the bet was accepted, 2444bat will apply the standard industry void and settlement rules for the relevant sport;
• Live in-play betting is subject to a short delay between the real-world event and the platform's feed. 2444bat reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement;

6.1 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles on the 2444bat platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and RTP (return-to-player) percentage. 2444bat acts as the platform operator and does not influence game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error mid-round, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account balance. Players must not attempt to exploit game malfunctions or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account may be suspended.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 2444bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for normal human play;
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market;
• Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other service designed to mask or misrepresent the user's true location or identity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 2444bat staff or other players through any channel.

2444bat employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and winnings, suspend or close the account, and report the conduct to relevant financial crime authorities where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

2444bat may suspend or close a player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Player request for self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gaming tools;
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant);
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to the address on record. During suspension, access to account features — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — will be restricted until the investigation is resolved.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — including for responsible gaming reasons — any verified real-money balance (net of active bonus balances) will be returned to the player's primary payment method following standard KYC checks.

8.1 Player-Initiated Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the 2444bat platform may do so directly from their account settings or by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period. All marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of any active self-exclusion.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a period of 12 or more consecutive months. 2444bat will notify the player by email before applying dormant account status. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to the account balance to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance is greater than ৳0. Once the balance reaches ৳0 through fee deduction, no further fees will be applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
